Dr Sneha is an accomplished assistant professor with 12 years’ of experience in delivering high-quality instruction to undergraduate and graduate students in General Management and Human Resource Management at various academic institutions in India and UAE.

• Holds a PhD in Business Management & Business Administration -HR and an MBA in Human Resource Management.
• Equivalency certificate from the Ministry of Education UAE.
• Expertise in teaching General Management subjects, including Organizational Behavior, Principles and Practices of Management, Business Ethics, Strategic Management, Leadership theories, Entrepreneurship, Global Human Resource Management and Organizational Development, all specialization courses of Human Resource Management.
• Published 22 research papers in various Journals indexed in Web of Science, Index Copernicus, UGC care and other papers are published in edited books, international/national conference proceedings and 2 papers on AI in Recruitment and AI in diversity is under publication process in Scopus indexed books/journals and one paper on Sustainability and Employee wellbeing.
• As a researcher, my interest lies in exploring the advantages of AI powered HR tools in revolutionizing the HR functions, and also delves into the role AI powered tools in mitigating bias and discriminations in the HR functions.
