Lisa M. Marchese
Lisa Marchese serves on the Management Committee of the Swiss School of Management as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. A former partner in leading international law firms, she is a highly accomplished commercial litigator who routinely represented clients in cross-border commercial disputes in US courts and before international tribunals. She was consistently ranked among America’s top business litigators by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers.
She has combined her practice with a distinguished teaching career, having served as an adjunct professor and lecturer at the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle University School of Law, and Gonzaga University School of Law. At SSM, Lisa has dedicated herself full-time to teaching and academic leadership. She has served as the Program Director for the SSM Brescia-Milan learning center.
Lisa also teaches in both the BBA and MBA programs across the SSM global platform. She holds a B.A. summa cum laude from the Catholic University of America and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
